1.  All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Furniture Land are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.

2.  Responsibility & Liability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchased items fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, and into their designated spaces without issue. By completing a purchase, the customer assumes full responsibility for any risks involved.

3.  Please see the “Delivery & Assembly/Self Pickup Policy” page for more information regarding our service policies.

4. Responsibility for Damage

Furniture Land is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Customer transport
• Improper assembly
• Misuse, wear and tear, or any damage after the product leaves our possession Please handle your furniture with care, especially during transport and assembly.

5.  Financed Transactions & ID Requirements

All financed purchases must be accompanied by valid, matching government-issued photo ID.

• The ID must match the name on the financing application and any credit or debit card
• The ID must be presented at the time of delivery or pickup, if
• Failure to present proper identification may result in cancellation or delay of delivery/pickup.

6.  Warranty

Furniture Land does not provide any warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer.

• Any warranty coverage, including replacement parts or repairs, is subject to the

manufacturer’s policies and discretion.

• We are not responsible for any delays or decisions made by the manufacturer regarding warranty claims.

7.  Inspection at Assembly

All furniture must be inspected at the time of assembly.

• Natural blemishes, grain variations, and imperfections in wood or finishes are

normal characteristics and not considered damages.

• We cannot guarantee exchanges, repairs, or replacements for such imperfections, as they are part of the material’s natural beauty.

8.  Financing Terms

Once a purchase is completed through financing, Furniture Land no longer has access to any customer-specific financial information.

• We cannot access or view your payment history, remaining balance, account details, or make changes on your behalf.
• All questions, updates, or concerns regarding your financing agreement must be handled directly with the financial institution.
• We strongly recommend that all payments be made on time and according to your time zone and location.
• Missing a payment or pay-off date may result in significant interest charges or late fees. As previously mentioned, we have no control over these terms or penalties.

9.  Balance Payment Requirement

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.

• If any amount is unpaid at the time of delivery scheduling, the delivery may be delayed

until full payment is confirmed.

• This applies to both financed and non-financed

10.  Right to Refuse Service

Furniture Land reserves the right to refuse service, delivery, or access to our store if any of our team members feel:

• Unsafe
• Threatened
• Abused
• Cheated, or
• If any immoral or inappropriate behavior is exhibited by a customer
